The General Electronic Register of the General State Administration (REG-AGE) or Electronic Register is a point for submitting documents for processing to any administrative body of the General State Administration, public body, or entity linked to or dependent on these, in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Additionally, through the Electronic Register, documents can be submitted for telematic forwarding to other Public Administrations (Autonomous Communities, Local Entities, etc.) that are integrated into the Interconnection System of Registers.
Through the Electronic Register, requests, documents, and communications can be submitted that do not have an electronic procedure or standardized form available at the electronic headquarters of the competent Ministry. The electronic headquarters of the Ministries provide access to electronic services and procedures that have specific standardized forms for most administrative procedures.
All entries and exits made through the Electronic Register will generate a record in the REG-AGE logbook, as well as any actions taken by any application that supports specific procedures.
