If you sign electronically with your certificate in the Electronic Headquarters, it is necessary to have the AutoFirma application installed. You can download this application from the Electronic Signature Portal. Once downloaded, follow the instructions to install it on your device.
To initiate a procedure and access your files and notifications in the Electronic Headquarters, the use of the Cl@ve platform is required (DNI-e, electronic certificate, PIN code, or Permanent Cl@ve). You can find more information about Cl@ve here.
