  5. The application will notify you by email when your procedure has started after completing the process.
  6. Once the process is completed, the application may provide you with a registration receipt and an (authentic) copy of the application with a CSV (Secure Verification Code).

The Electronic Registry will automatically issue a receipt confirming the submission of the document, application, or communication in question, which will include the data provided by the applicant, the date and time the submission was made on the server, and a registration number for identifying the transaction.

This receipt consists of an electronic file signed with the Ministry of Youth and Childhood's web server certificate, which guarantees the non-repudiation of the data provided by the applicant. It is very important to save this file.

You can validate the electronic signature of the receipt issued by the Electronic Registry using the Valide platform.

In the "My Files" tab of the main menu of the electronic headquarters, you can see a list of the requests made and download the receipt for each of them. For those files you cannot find in that tab, you must access the procedure "Consult My Files."

A digital certificate allows the identification of its holder. It ensures the identity of the person establishing the electronic communication, and if used to sign data, it guarantees that the data has not been modified, as well as the identity of the signer.

For example, on the CERES website, you will find information about what a digital certificate is.

You can obtain a digital certificate through any of the recognized certificate issuing entities. For example, on the CERES website, you will find information on how to obtain a digital certificate.

If you have an electronic ID (DNIe), you already have an electronic certificate. You can also obtain an electronic certificate through any of the recognized certificate issuing entities, which you can consult here.

Yes. As stated in the Electronic ID (DNIe) Certification Practice Statement, the electronic certificates contained in it can be used as a means of identity authentication and as a means of electronically signing documents.

On the other hand, the electronic ID, in addition to the ability to physically identify its holder, has the capability to identify the holder in electronic media and to sign electronically as if it were a handwritten signature. In this way, it guarantees that the signer's identity is not impersonated.

To use electronic certificates stored on a cryptographic card, you will need, in addition to a card reader, specific software as instructed by the manufacturer. For example, to use the DNIe, you should consult the link How to Use the DNIe. To use a CERES cryptographic card, you should consult the Frequently Asked Questions section on the CERES website. For other cryptographic cards, consult the manufacturer's website.

You will need to download and install the correct drivers, which can be found at the following link: DNI Electrónico.

No, it is not necessary.

When a server requests an authentication certificate indicating that you are you, the chosen certificate is stored in a cache memory in an SSL session. The chosen certificate can remain in the cache until you restart your browser.

If you click on Clear SSL state located in the Content tab of the Internet Options dialog box, all client authentication certificates from the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) cache will be removed without needing to open a new browser window.

Yes, you need Autofirma to electronically sign the applications with your digital certificate. You can download it from here.

No, only applications, letters, and communications related to the procedures and processes of the Ministry of Youth and Childhood and the public organizations attached to it that are published on the homepage of the Electronic Headquarters can be submitted.

On this Cl@ve website, you will find all the information about this system.

When filling out the procedure form, you must choose the representation option. The representation must be appropriately accredited, for which you have two options:

  1. Register the power of attorney in the Electronic Power of Attorney Register (REA).
  2. Attach the document accrediting the representation to the procedure form.

In many procedures, the button "Check representation" will appear, which you must click to automatically verify if your power of representation is registered in the REA. If the answer is yes, you can proceed with the procedure without attaching the representation document. If not, you must attach it.

In other procedures, instead of that button, an option will appear where you must indicate if your power of representation is registered in the REA. If you select that option, you will not need to attach the accreditation document.

The Electronic Power of Attorney Register (REA) of the General Administration of the State allows citizens to record the powers they grant to third parties to act on their behalf electronically before the General Administration of the State and its public organizations. You can find all the information related to the REA here.
